Because each Crafted Thread item is handmade with care, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect selections, or sizing preferences.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We want you to love your Crafted Thread purchase! If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at shopcraftedthread@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

Each situation will be reviewed individually, and if the issue is determined to be a result of damage during shipping or an error on our part, we will work with you to find an appropriate solution.

Please note: Crafted Thread is not responsible for damage caused by improper use, washing, or normal wear and tear.
